1. Overview
Luxe Haven Holidays Inc. operates as an online hotel booking platform that connects travelers with independent third-party hotel properties and accommodation providers. As an intermediary platform, our cancellation and refund terms are directly tied to the policies of the individual hotel or accommodation provider associated with your booking.
We are committed to transparency. All applicable cancellation terms for a specific property will be clearly presented to you during the booking process, before any payment is collected.
2. Hotel-Specific Cancellation Policies
Each hotel or accommodation provider listed on our platform maintains its own cancellation policy. These policies vary by property, room type, rate, and season. Common policy types include:
Free Cancellation: Some rates allow cancellation up to a specified number of hours or days before check-in with a full refund. The exact deadline will be stated at the time of booking.
Non-Refundable Rates: Certain discounted rates are non-refundable. These will be clearly marked as non-refundable before you complete your booking. No refund will be issued for cancellations or no-shows on these reservations.
Partial Refund Rates: Some bookings may allow cancellation with a partial refund depending on how far in advance the cancellation is made. The refund breakdown will be displayed during the booking process.
3. Default Cancellation Policy
In cases where a hotel or accommodation provider does not specify a cancellation policy at the time of booking, the following default policy applies:
Luxe Haven Holidays Inc. reserves the right to retain the full booking amount as a cancellation fee for any reservation cancelled under a property with no stated cancellation policy. This policy is in place to protect both our platform and the accommodation providers we work with.
We strongly encourage all travelers to review the cancellation terms displayed during checkout before completing any reservation.
4. How to Cancel a Booking
Once our platform is live, cancellation requests must be submitted through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team directly at contact@luxehavenholidays.com or by phone at +1 (212) 234-4545.
Cancellation requests must reference your booking confirmation number. Requests submitted without a valid confirmation number may experience delays in processing.
Cancellations are processed during business hours, Monday through Friday. Requests submitted outside of business hours will be processed on the next available business day. The time of cancellation is recorded as the time the request is received and confirmed by our team.
5. Refund Processing
Where a refund is applicable based on the hotel's cancellation policy, refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days of the approved cancellation request.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Luxe Haven Holidays Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider after the refund has been initiated on our end.
Service fees charged by Luxe Haven Holidays Inc. at the time of booking are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to a verified error on our part.
6. No-Show Policy
A no-show occurs when a guest fails to arrive at the property on the scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation. In the event of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged and no refund will be issued, regardless of the property's standard cancellation policy.

7. Modifications to Bookings
Requests to modify a confirmed booking, including changes to dates, guest count, or room type, are subject to availability and the hotel property's modification policy. Modifications may result in a change in rate.
To request a modification, contact our support team with your booking confirmation number and the details of the change you require.
8. Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government-imposed travel restrictions, or acts of war, Luxe Haven Holidays Inc. will work with the relevant hotel properties to assist affected travelers. However, we cannot guarantee refunds in these situations and outcomes will depend on the individual hotel's policies.
