Luxe Haven Holidays Inc. operates as an online hotel booking platform that connects travelers with third-party hotel properties and accommodation providers worldwide. We act as an intermediary between you, the traveler, and the hotel or accommodation provider.

We do not own, operate, manage, or control any of the hotel properties listed on our platform. All bookings are made directly with the respective hotel or accommodation provider, and the terms and conditions of those providers also apply to your reservation.

Our platform is currently in development. At this stage, our Site is provided for informational purposes only and no live bookings can be made through this Site.

3. Booking Terms

When our booking platform is live, all reservations made through Luxe Haven Holidays Inc. are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective hotel or accommodation provider. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us.

You are responsible for ensuring that all guest information provided at the time of booking is accurate and complete. Luxe Haven Holidays Inc. is not liable for issues arising from incorrect information provided by the user.

All prices displayed on our platform are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. Taxes and fees may apply depending on the property and location.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund terms vary by hotel property and rate type. The applicable cancellation policy for each booking will be clearly communicated to you during the booking process before payment is completed.

In cases where a hotel property does not specify a cancellation policy, Luxe Haven Holidays Inc. reserves the right to retain the full booking amount as a cancellation fee. This policy exists to protect both our platform and the accommodation providers we work with.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 to 14 business days of the approved cancellation request and returned to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others. You must not use this Site to make fraudulent bookings, provide false information, or engage in any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the platform.

This Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in New York, NY, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
